We are currently hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Milton, DE.
What You'll Brew:
- Pick, pack and ship e-store orders in a timely manner, 48 hours or 2 business days
- Prioritize e-store orders based on shipping type and date order was placed
- Pick pack and process brick and mortar store transfers
- Maintain accurate inventory information
- Maintain an organized storage system with designated locations for all retail merchandise to allow for efficient order and transfer
- Complete and document weekly inventory cycle counts
- Receive purchase orders into the system within 24 hours of delivery
- Identify and communicate purchase order discrepancies with Merchandise Buyer and Planner
- Communicate with customer service to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner (48 hours).
- This includes but is not limited to returns, exchanges, missing, partial shipments, backorders, or damaged items
- Coordinate the reordering of e-store packing materials
- Submit claims with shipper for products that are damaged
- Send merchandise samples out as requested (thru YD)
- On a quarterly bases, identify and report non-inventory item quantities to the Merchandise Planner
- Must be able to work in and foster a team oriented and "Safety First" environment
- Safely, efficiently, and effectively work to attain department and brewery goals and objectives
- 100% of the time and always work in a safe manner
- Observe, enforce, and practice safe work methods and comply with wearing and using the proper PPE
- Receive and distribute non-merchandise packages delivered to the Milton merch room: orders for maintenance parts, lab equipment, ingredient samples and etc.
- Perform ad hoc shipments for the Brewery, as business needs arise

- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with all team peers and customers
- Must be available to support shift, weekend and holiday schedules as required
- Self-starter, proactive
- Ability to be flexible and shift priorities in a constantly changing, fast-paced work environment
- Proficient with Computer systems
- Must be able to learn and accurately utilize SAP and Yellow Dog
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
- Demonstrated ability to be successful in a collaborative team environment
- Highly effective multi-tasker; resourceful with a "get-it-done, can-do" attitude
- Ability to safely and efficiently operate Fork Truck
Level: 9
In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $15 - $35 per hour. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location.
