Lenovo is seeking a HRIS Software Project Specialist to join the Global HRIS team: Responsibilities: Oversee and project manage Workday integrations and projects: End to end Workday integration process including requirement analysis, integration solution design, development, testing, deployment, etc. Integration requirement review working with multiple stakeholders to drive end-to-end integration solution. Software integration between various business applications and Workday using Workday Studio, Workday's API, EIB inbound/outbound, boomerang integration, and Workday reporting services. Documentation of integration technical specifications to support applications, developing test plans and performing unit testing. Diagnosis and troubleshooting supporting of software integrations. Defined change control and compliance procedures associated with software development, including all required governance standards. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in HR systems design 3+ years of experience in software project management Preferred Qualifications: Experience in integration development is preferred. Experience in Workday HCM with Workday reporting writing skills is preferred. Skilled in designing developing and troubleshooting various types of Workday integrations like PECI and PICOF. Experience in adding custom validations on Workday Business Process. Familiar with JAVA object-oriented, multi-threading, network and other basic programming, familiar with micro-services, message queues and other technologies. Knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP, WDSL, or XPATH.
