Qualifications Education Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology. Experience Previous experience in hospital preferred; dysphagia experience preferred; Medicare documentation experience preferred. For Outpatient setting: Experience with outpatients, dysphagia, Vital Stim certification and Medicare documentation preferred. Licensure/Certification Current Oklahoma license for Speech-Language Pathology or SLP license eligible with a temporary license, or eligible for a temporary license. Must have ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or complete with in the first year under a licensed therapist as a CFY. Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment |
