NA MFG Quality Management Program Manager

MQM PCSD Quality department is responsible for Lenovo PC (both Laptop and desktop E2E quality management includes Product quality management, Supply chain quality management and Customer quality management. MQM (manufactory quality management) belongs to the supply chain quality management team. Focus on the whole system manufactory (both ODM and In-house) process quality management, such as final assembly, testing, and packaging. We cooperate with PQM team, make sure MFG's execution after product mass production, continue to drive the quality performance improvement, quickly response and recover any quality issue. This position is located in US-Morrisville while MQM main team members work at AP and other geos. This will be the MQM focal in US, close to NA geo to escalate communication. Embedded into CQM/Region rep group as a key liaison and enforce issue/action/solution traceability.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver manufacturing analysis & solutions, rework/logistics coordination more efficiently.
• Lead error proof actions with all of manufacturing.
• Drive manufacturing performance and process improvement from CX view.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in PC manufactory process
• 3+ years of experience in quality management
• Familiar with quality management tools, methodology and LSS
• engineering
