Job Summary

The Compliance System Analyst is a multi-faceted role that supports the Company Organization, both East and West Residential, to ensure compliance with the order entry process and Mobile product order entry process. This candidate is responsible for working independently to design and maintain databases utilizing SQL Server or any other design software. Must be able to handle multiple projects and the ability to work under pressure when last-minute deadlines arise. Must be able to analyze, organize, and choose suitable structures to store this data, maintain queries and reports, and deep-dive analysis.

Responsibilities

*Manage file systems and automation of various databases.
*Create and modify tables, views, and indexes according to business requirements.
*Create data conversation system using MYSQL store procedures to load relational content.
*Troubleshoot database-related issues in a timely fashion and recommend improvements for performance efficiency.
*Builds and maintains databases. Contributes to data validation and performs follow-up corrections to ensure accurate data is displayed in databases.
*Analyze data and develop reports to disseminate to local sales offices, identifying key areas of non-compliance with business rules.
*Makes recommendations and solutions on processes and policy based on reporting and business needs.
*Ensure SOX compliance for non-pay business rules, promotional eligibility rules, to prevent revenue loss for the organization.
*Responsible for staying current with all current and new promotions for all sales channels.
*Responsible for attending weekly compliance meetings to identify trends, new promotions, and rate codes.
*Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications
  • *Minimum 5 years' experience designing and managing a complex database infrastructure.
    *5+ years of experience working on relational databases and writing SQL queries
    *Strong understanding of key design principles for data architecture, design, and development
    *Mathematical Aptitude required
    *Data manipulation expertise involving data extractions, data matching between multiple systems, transformation, cleansing, and loading.
    *Creating Macros and VBA a plus
    *Proficient in Python, SQL, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Tableau
    *Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud.
    *Degree in Computer Science or related field of study required
    *Strong oral and written communication skills
    *Time management, problem-solving, and detail-oriented; can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $77,112.00-$126,684.00/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
