The Passport Office Agent will provide support to the Passport Acceptance office within the Global Programs and Strategy Alliance (GPS Alliance) office. The position reports to the Passport Office Manager. Ideal candidates enjoy understanding and handling day-to-day details of office work, are able to provide clear communication to all visitors of the Passport office and have the ability to provide excellent customer service skills to constituents with a variety of backgrounds and cultures. Required Qualifications: About the Department
The UMN Passport Office is an official passport acceptance center, approved by the U.S. Department of State. It is open both to the public and the campus community. The office is conveniently located in the University International Center, on the East Bank of the Twin Cities campus. Pay and Benefits
