• Lead the R&D team in creating innovative cementing solutions that enhance well integrity and performance.
• Oversee improvements to existing cementing products, emphasizing performance, cost-effectiveness, and environmental impact.
• Explore and integrate new technologies and materials into cementing solutions to maintain industry leadership.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and sales teams to align R&D initiatives with business strategies and customer needs.
