STAFF SERVICES ANALYST $3,749.00 - $6,093.00 per Month Final Filing Date: Job Description and Duties
Individuals who are eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered for this position(s). Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager (SSM) I, this position is the full journey level analyst responsible for independently planning, developing, and coordinating specialized projects and assignments. The Associate Governmental Program Analyst must have a thorough knowledge of the hiring and appointment process in accordance with California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) and the Department's hiring process. Screens applicants for employment and interprets and applies minimum qualifications. Process various reports, preparing correspondence of an analytical nature. Limited Term 12 months; may be extended up to 24 months or become permanent. Note: "or become permanent" does not apply to headquarters Peace Officer positions which must be filled limited term as those positions cannot be filled permanent. Minimum Requirements
