We are seeking aTurnaround (TAR) System Improvement Leadwithin our Project Resource and Outage Support (PROS) Group located onsite inGonzalez, LA, Allentown, PA, Pasadena, TX, Long Beach, CA, or Remote Residence Based. This position may require the ability to travel 10-25% depending on assigned workload. This is a diverse group that supports Industrial Gases (IG) North America capital projects, strategic planning, turnaround planning, and turnaround execution. This allows our team to provide specialized services and additional capacity for infrequent events to operational assets. This role reports to the Manager - Project Controls Engineering. Work Hours & Benefits: Typical work week is 40 hours. Travel may be required in U.S. and Canada, primarily California, U.S. Gulf Coast, Edmonton, Ontario, and U.S. Northeast. This is the pay range that we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
