Description and Requirements

***This role requires a candidate that is willing to work onsite in Morrisville, NC or is willing to relocate to the area. This candidate will work a hybrid model with three days onsite and two days remote.***

Description:

  • Oversee Creative Workflow: Manage and oversee all creative projects from inception to final delivery, ensuring that workflows are smooth, efficient, and adhere to established timelines.
  • Creative Leadership: Drive innovative thinking with the broader team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving to deliver fresh, impactful ideas that push the brand forward.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Act as a creative liaison, collaborating directly with partners and Lenovo stakeholders to offer solutions, gather feedback, and adjust as needed to meet expectations. Quickly become an expert on partner structures, divisions, and workflows.
  • Apply Partner Standards: Ensure that all creative submissions meet partner-specific brand guidelines when applicable and compliance requirements, while maintaining consistency across all assets.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner closely with both internal and external stakeholders to fully understand objectives and project needs, ensuring that creative solutions align with broader company goals.
  • Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of quality control across all creative assets, ensuring that work is delivered error-free and reflects the partnership's vision and brand values.
  • Centralized Asset Management: Utilize a centralized platform to efficiently manage asset creation, review, approvals, and feedback, keeping all stakeholders informed and ensuring transparency throughout the process.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field.
  • 5+ years relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
  • Expertise in managing creative workflows through centralized platforms for submissions and approvals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience and/or knowledge in sports, music, and entertainment are beneficial.
  • Innate curiosity, proactive thinking and ability to think creatively when planning strategy, bearing in mind business objectives, key insights, and practical parameters.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to create a rapport with people.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Must be able to multi-task and be flexible enough to react under stressful circumstances.
  • Project management certification or experience.
