Job Summary: Prominence Health is seeking a Manager of Application Development to join our team in a remote capacity! The Manager of Application Development will be responsible for working closely with business analysts, architects, security engineers, development, and quality control to build and refine integrations on the Boomi integration platform, develop EDI pipelines, and build applications in .Net.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent work experience and/or military experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with integration tools, such as Boomi
  • 5+ years of management experience managing a geographically dispersed team
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong proactive problem-solving skills, decision-making, analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication skills with all levels of management and staff
  • Experience developing high performing teams
  • 10+ years of programming experience.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • 6 years of experience with Agile Development methodologies (SCRUM) and service-oriented architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of OOP and common design patterns.
  • Ability to coach other developers on best practices etc.
  • Thorough knowledge of C#, ASP, ASP.NET, and SQL Server required
  • Experience in DevOps
  • Knowledge of jQuery, JavaScript and HTML/HTML5 required
  • Knowledge of XML, JSON, SOAP and REST web services required
  • Knowledge of JavaScript MVC framework VUE.js required
  • Experience with source control like GitHub
  • Experience working with cloud platforms like Azure required
  • 5+ years SQL/DB query/programming experience
  • 5+ years' experience with the following tools, such as Postman, 4GL programming language (JAVA, .NET, etc...), Windows O/S, Linux/Ubuntu O/S, Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability
  • Willingness to work in a team environment
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
