Summary: The Corporate Responsibility Coordinator will assist in managing the bank's external and internal grant programs, community engagement and volunteerism initiatives, monthly and annual giving, and analytics reporting. This role includes supporting event management and coordinating smaller projects such as blood drives and holiday community activities. The individual will act as a liaison between the bank and the communities and nonprofits we serve, ensuring all activities align with our corporate values and objectives. As a representative of the organization within our community it is imperative to present a warm, attentive manner and take the initiative to exceed expectations by providing our community contacts with outstanding customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

  • Assist in the administration of external and internal grant programs, including application processing, documentation, and reporting.
  • Support the development and implementation of community engagement strategies and volunteer programs.
  • Assist in coordinating the bank's monthly and annual giving programs, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of funds.
  • Help compile and analyze data related to community engagement, volunteerism, and giving programs to measure impact and inform future initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and executing events such as community outreach programs, volunteer activities, and special projects like blood drives and holiday activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the bank and community organizations, nonprofits, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Represent the bank in a professional manner at all times, maintaining a positive image and fostering strong relationships with community partners.
  • Assists Corporate Responsiblity Team with with special projects as needed (i.e creating mailing lists, labels, etc.) and administrative support.
  • Miscellaneous typing/data entry/scanning
  • Completes all yearly compliance training and testing and complies with bank, federal, and state regulations.
  • Adheres to departmental and bank-wide service standards. Comply with Bank Policies and Procedures

Education and/or Experience

HS diploma or equivalent work experience in administration in an office setting. Experience with non-profit organizations a plus.
