CEI Manager Requisition Number: 2024-1178-01 S&ME is currently seeking an experienced and passionate engineer to lead and manage our statewide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) practice in Indiana as our CEI Manager/Practice Leader. This individual must be based near one of our Indiana offices: Indianapolis, New Albany/Louisville KY, or Evansville. What You Will Do: As the CEI Manager/Practice Leader, you'll oversee the growth and success of our team of project managers and CEI inspectors by fostering partnerships with Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) and other consulting firms, managing existing contracts, and overseeing transportation projects. A successful CEI Manager/Practice Leader will embody S&ME's culture, promoting teamwork and inclusivity, while also challenging and nurturing staff to excel. Key responsibilities include devising and executing growth strategies, understanding market dynamics, ensuring quality service delivery, identifying business opportunities, championing strategic projects, and collaborating with regional and service line leadership. Your performance will be measured by various KPIs, including revenue growth, employee retention, audit scores, and client satisfaction.
