Job Description: Position Title: Operational Excellence Leader Location: Bothell, WA Reporting to: VP, Global Operations Travel Required: 10% What you'll do: The Operational Excellence Leader is to lead the design, implementation, and execution of management systems, aligned with the Genie Operating System, to effectively and efficiently manage both long term strategic initiatives and annual operating plans within the Global Operations function.The Operational Excellence Leader will also be responsible for, in coordination with the Genie Continuous Improvement Office, standardizing and facilitating the leadership of continuous improvement activities within the Genie Global Operations team in both manufacturing and administrative environments. Facilitation of the development and implementation of the strategy to advance Genie manufacturing technologies, integrating industry leading applications of automation and digitization will be a key element of the scope of the Operational Excellence Leader.
