Purpose of Position
The BI&A mission is to support fact-based decision making across the organization and promote an analytical approach to provide insights into the management & optimization of resources. The manager role is responsible for the development of insightful, strategic, and tactical analysis for FlightSafety Operations with a focus on quantitative analysis, advanced simulation, and modeling. Requires a strong business acumen and strong communication skills to reflect findings clearly and accurately in written, verbal and presentation form. Tasks and Responsibilities
* Work with BI&A leadership to set team goals, evaluate performance and analytical development. Minimum Education
Bachelor (Master preferred) course of Business Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering Minimum Experience
8+ years' Experience in analytics for decision support Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
* Experience working with business leaders /executives in decision support analytics. Physical Demands and Work Environment
