Laboratory Supervisor Requisition Number: 2024-1410-13 S&ME is looking for a motivated and passionate Laboratory Supervisor to join our Construction Services team in Asheville, North Carolina. As the Laboratory Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing lab personnel, overseeing daily lab activities and projects, and ensuring the quality and safety of laboratory operations within a geographic or technical service area. The role involves scheduling assignments, maintaining equipment, helping to coordinate training and certifications, and supporting business development efforts. This position balances team leadership with a higher personal utilization goal, emphasizing client relations, quality assurance, and operational efficiency. In addition to the laboratory responsibilities, you will also be needed to participate and add value to the construction services and geotechnical team through field and project management roles.
