Summary:

This position is responsible for the clinical, administrative, operational, and financial activities of all cancer services at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center (JHBMC). This includes the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center at JHBMC, JHBMC Breast Center, and cancer-related inpatient activity. The position works collaboratively amongst all departments that provide care which includes: medical oncology, radiation oncology, thoracic surgery, medicine (hematology, interventional pulmonary), breast surgery, and radiology. The role also has oversight over the Infusion Center (non-oncology).

Primary responsibilities include working with clinical, nursing, and administrative leadership for all these departments and stakeholders to ensure: timely patient access to care, operational efficiency, effective and safe delivery of patient care, practice productivity, fiscal integrity regulatory compliance and high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or a closely related field

Minimum of five (5) years previous experience. Combination of education and experience may be considered.

Salary Range: Minimum 37.31 per hour - Maximum 65.30 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
