Hybrid/Remote (Monday-Friday 8:30-5) Two (2) a month on site and as needed for Special Project and Go Lives Johns Hopkins 750 E. Pratt Street, 5th Floor Baltimore, MD 21202 General Position Summary:Pharmacy informaticist to maintain clinical and operational application systems for pharmacy services. This role will be a pharmacy builder role within the Epic Willow application and coordinate changes with inpatient pharmacy and other Epic IT teams. Essential Job Functions: *Analysis and Design *Application Configuration/Development *Testing and Implementation Skills *System Support *Communication/Project Management Education and Experience: Preferred qualifications for this position include the completion of a PharmD degree, PGY-1 residency, and a PGY-2 specialty residency in informatics, a clinical area or equivalent experience.A minimum of one year of experience as a pharmacist and one year of experience with computer systems and applications is desired. Certifications: Required to complete and pass certification in assigned EPIC application module(s) within 120 days of employment in this role. Preferred Job Qualifications:

Salary Range: Minimum 40.71 per visit - Maximum 71.25 per visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
