About the Role:

This is an entry-level training position designed to help you build valuable job skills, practice time management, and adjust to real work expectations - all while being coached and supported every step of the way. You'll work closely with a friendly supervisor and teammates as you master the basics of cleaning and customer service.

• Learn and perform general cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, and polishing.

• Keep hallways, break rooms, restrooms, and work areas neat and tidy.

• Stock restrooms and break rooms with paper towels, soap, and other supplies.

• Practice time management and job readiness in a structured, supportive environment.

• Receive on-the-job coaching throughout your shift to help you succeed.

• Interact with staff, visitors, and customers in a polite, helpful way - your positive attitude matters!

• Work as part of a team and be open to learning and growing every day.

• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with coworkers, patients, and guests.

• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly (sometimes more, occasionally).

• Ability to read and understand labels and safety instructions on cleaning products.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• Must have a documented significant disability (a condition that presents barriers to traditional employment opportunities).

• High school diploma or GED.

• Previous experience working in a healthcare or janitorial setting.
