We're seeking a future team member for the role of Integrated Program Manager to join our Corporate Marketing & Communications team. This role is located in New York, NY - Hybrid. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Develop program activation plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
- Ensure programs are delivered on time and within agreed upon scope
- Help with integrated program planning across the department
- Maintain and communicate program timelines cross functionally within the department
- Track and manage key metrics and identify when they deviate from the plan
- Escalate issues in a timely manner and propose corrective actions
- Help prioritize the work of the program team by establishing schedules and task assignments
- Promote the program vision and objectives within the team and cross functionally
- Support the adoption of new processes and ensure they're consistently followed
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Proven experience building and executing innovative, multichannel marketing and communications programs and initiatives
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to build collaborative relationships and effectively partner across teams, functions and levels
- Experience managing the production of content and creative collateral for financial services audiences
- Comfortable using data and metrics to measure impact, recommend improvements and optimize program performance
- Highly organized with proven end-to-end program management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with workflow and program management tools; experience with Workfront a plus
- 7-10 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree required

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $79,000 and $147,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
