This Computational Biologist position in support of the Department Anatomy, Physiology and Genetics at the Uniformed Services University (USUHS) will analyze novel sequencing and proteogenomics datasets for hypothesis directed research studies, including datasets of the APOLLO (e.g. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36384096/). They will analyze molecular profiling data generated at USUHS to characterize disease biology, such as identifying molecular markers of disease status, molecular subtypes, and prognostic markers. Molecular platforms will include DNA sequencing, RNA-seq, spatial sequencing, and/or related platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to make primary contributions to research publications, and have opportunities for scientific and career growth.
