As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you will be a key contributor in TDS's overall consumer strategy to grow, delight and retain our customers. Our motto is to grow revenue and achieve sales goals by providing exceptional customer service. You will handle inbound calls and manages their outbound, follow-up funnels. You will be the primary point of contact for consumer customers inquiring about products and services, so you will have thorough understanding of the features and benefits of all TDS Telecom's consumer products and services, and also keep current on all pricing, procedures, promotions, tools, and systems used to place orders, update billing, and maintain record of customer contacts. You will have assigned monthly sales goals established for key strategic products such as Voice, High Speed Data, TV, and Strategic product sales. These goals and the expectation of high-quality customer service must be met for additional commission incentive programs. Work Location: Madison, WI. Remote work available after completed training! Training Start date: January 6th, 2025 Pay: $20/hr with uncapped commission! At target, our Inbound Sales Representatives earn $50,000 annually We're offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus - paid in full after 30 days of employment! Hours: Full-time - 40 Hours per Week; 10am - 7pm CST Monday - Friday, with a rotating Saturday Responsibilities

What does "sales role" mean? Have you worked in retail, an inbound call center, inside/outside sales, waited tables/bartended in a restaurant? All of those roles provide you with valuable sales experience! What does "using a PC with various software packages" mean? Benefits Associates scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week have access to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off benefits such as vacation (15 days accrued per year for full-time; pro-rated for associates working between 20-39 hours), sick leave (10 days accrued per year for full-time and pro-rated for all other associates), seven paid national holidays and one floating holiday, paid parental leave (2 weeks after 12 months of employment), among others. Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability coverage is also available for associates working 30 or more hours per week and Education Assistance is available to full-time associates. Associates scheduled to work under twenty hours per week or for a limited term (i.e. interns) are eligible for medical coverage, the 401(k) plan (if 18 or older), as well as sick leave (10 days accrued per year for full-time and pro-rated for all other associates). The pay range listed for this position represents the low and high end of the base compensation range. However, the base pay rate offered for this position is expected to be $20 per hour.
