Proposal Manager Summary: MCS's mission is to make communities SHINE by providing exceptional service to our clients. As one of the nation's leaders in property maintenance and inspection services, our clients are our number one priority. Our emerging Government Services organization is looking to expand their Business Development team to bring our services to more clients in this space. The Proposal Manager position supports MCS Government Services in managing, leading, and developing compliant and compelling U.S. Federal Government proposals. This role will be an integral part of the existing Business Development team and is expected to take ownership over all proposal submissions. The Proposal Manager is expected to work collaboratively but must also be able to work independently and autonomously. The ideal individual has a growth mindset and supports expanding our business. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities however, this position will frequently lead a team of individuals supporting proposal development. Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience in a similar environment Experience: 5 year(s) of experience Preferred: Experience with video, live oral presentations and/or demonstration proposals Experience with proposals for contracts greater than $200M in total contract value Physical Requirements and Work Content: Americans with Disability Specifications: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
