You'll optimize patient medication regimens through manufacturer Prescription Assistance Programs, analyze profiles for cost-saving opportunities, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to enhance healthcare quality. Additionally, you'll provide counseling on new medications and therapeutic substitutions, ensuring patients receive effective, affordable drug therapy while complying with all regulatory standards. Job Description: Supports providers and patients in assuring optimal patient medication therapy use by connecting patients with financial resources to assist in obtaining critical medications through the Allina Prescription Assistance Program. Practices in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, following legal standards in all areas including, but not limited to, work rules, controlled substance requirements, state and federal regulations, and HIPAA regulations.
