Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the annual Budgeting and Quarterly targeting process
  • Work with General Manager, Sales team and Operations team on financial processes & measurements
  • Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly financial reporting and review presentations
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Support monthly reviews with Management teams and drive monthly reviews with the World Wide Finance teams
  • Provide monthly forecasting of the financial & operational outlook vs. the targets
  • Provide explanation on key business drivers based on the business results
  • Provide recommendations on actions to be taken to improve on the business outlook
  • Lead to deploy and manage large deal engagement process
  • Work with Sales/PreSales, Delivery/Tech and broader Finance team (Pricing, Tax, Credit, Account) on large deals during qualification / engagement stage
  • Facilitate deal structure agreement and support all financial requirements when during deployment / delivery stage.
  • Ensure good quality and in-depth analysis (Financial & Operation) to support recommendations for business decisions
  • Drive ad hoc projects relevant for the re-engineering of processes and to support any changes in business models
  • Collaborate with the respective functional teams (Accounting, Legal, Tax, Pricing, Business Control, Geo & Region Finance) to provide the support to ensure the efficiency of processes and a strong control posture
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Master's degree and/or CPA preferred
  • 7+ years experience in a senior finance position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other business software
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Extremely knowledgeable in financial forecasting, accounting principles, and financial data analysis
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the propensity to successfully foster new and maintain long-standing business relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and written; skilled in the art of negotiation
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and delegate responsibilities in an effective and efficient manner
  • Outstanding integrity, solid moral judgment, and the ability to make important decisions under pressure
  • Expert problem solver, analytical thinker, and decision-maker
  • Possess strong leadership skills and business acumen
