Overview
The Patient Services Supervisor coordinates staffing and activities of Patient Services Support staff for Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Maternal Fetal Medicine Qualifications License/Certifications: Education: Associate's Degree: Related Field (Required) Other Knowledge/Skills: Healthcare Responsibilities Coordinates activities of Patient Care Support staff. Performs essential job functions as direct reports. Recommends and initiates various personnel actions including but not limited to hiring, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and promotions; make work assignments and review and edit work of direct reports. Ensures staff members are adequately trained and are competent to perform all required job tasks. Resolves work related issues or assists employees in solving work related issues. Participates in development and planning of fiscal budget(s). Disciplinary action under the guidance of Human Resources and the Patient Care Manager. Payroll. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $25.5per hour - $42.59per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
