We supply a unique portfolio of atmospheric and process gases, equipment, and services. We own and operate a diverse portfolio of industrial gas plants, develop innovative technology, applications, and equipment solutions, and internally perform the engineering, procurement, and construction of our own plants.

In this role, you will support the small capital projects group (less than $5MM) within our North America operations business in our diverse Project Resource and Outage Support (PROS) Group and support strategic planning, turnaround planning, and turnaround execution. This team provides specialized services and additional capacity for infrequent events to operational assets such as Hydrogen (H2, HyCO, SynGas) and Air Separation (ASU) plants.

This role is located in Gonzales, LA. Hybrid work schedules are available.

• Create assigned SAP project, route Capital Project Request, and monitor for approval

• Submit Capitalizations as directed on monthly WIP report. Provide status update for project engineers and gatekeeping report

• Submit Capital Asset Disposal Requests and monitor for approval

• Create capital project cost reports as directed

• Close SAP project structures as directed

• Act on reports from project accounting and accounts payable to update projects and resolve issues

• Maintain an active list of sites with Cost Centers, Profit Centers, contract end dates, and DOAs for EGC region

• SAP Power User for Project Systems: Designate new worker SAP roles; support SAP users with complex questions and issues that may arise

• Provide training as needed to new and existing resources within the group.

• Attend and contribute to monthly Safety Meetings

• Prioritize "Zero is achievable" safety policy in words and actions to protect self, others and the environment.

• SAP advanced user; power user preferred

• Microsoft Suite, especially MS Excel.

• High School Diploma or GED

• 5-15 years' experience supporting plant projects

• Ability to acquire various State mandated certifications (TWIC, OSHA, etc.) and other requirements as may be deemed necessary

• Pass Criminal background investigation. Individuals will be subject to pre-employment, reasonable cause periodic, random, and post-accident drug and alcohol testing.
