SUMMARY Responsible for supporting Alliant's mid-market client (100-10,000 employees) leave support program - Alliant Leave Advantage (ALA), primarily dedicated to one of three regions. This includes providing customer service and overall service of assigned customers, including, assistance with requests for proposal for clients' short and long term disability policies and leave administration services, communicate with clients and other Alliant service teams on clients disability policies and leave administration services, support implementation of client leave requirements and policies with partner carriers, work with absence, disability, and life (ADL) consultants and compliance consultants as necessary to support ALA clients, and support the ALA Account Executive's book of business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Six (6) or more years related work experience Valid insurance license
