Your Role on the Team Position Summary: Under the direction of the Manager of Environment of Care and Emergency Management, the Emergency Management (EM) Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the development, management, implementation, and oversight of the day-to-day operations of on-going disaster preparedness and response efforts at multiple UCI Health locations. This individual will also serve as the Deputy Emergency Manager for UCI Health. The EM Supervisor will oversee all aspects of the Emergency Management and Business Continuity Planning Program and collaborate at the department, medical center, and system-wide level with leadership to establish plans to ensure the continuity of operations in all facets of healthcare delivery. The EM Supervisor will utilize tools such as the UC Ready Fusion Software tool to initiate planning processes and track program metrics.
