Staff Pharmacist - Per Diem As a per diem, CPS Solutions, LLC Staff Pharmacist at Sky Lake Medical Center,you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy. Pay Rate: $55 to $65 per hour, dependent on experience Schedule:This per diem, position will provide coverage to cover PTO, weekends and holidays as needed. There are no regularly scheduled hours for this position. About the Facility:Sky Lakes Medical Center is a 176-bed, non-for-profit, internationally accredited, acute care teaching hospital serving more than 80,000 people in Klamath and Lake counties in Oregon and Modoc and Siskiyou counties in northern California. As the only hospital in a 10,000 square mile area, Sky Lakes combines small town charm with big-city medical expertise.CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC. About the Pharmacy: Pharmacy hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm. Required Qualifications:
