(New Employee is defined as someone who has not been employed with Rogers for more than six months) Schedule: Monday - Friday Day shift Rogers Behavioral Health is looking for a Psychologist to work with our patients and staff. We are looking for someone with strong values in excellence, compassion and accountability who also has a background bringing clinical supervision to staff and treatment to patients!
Collaborate to oversee patient care provided in the clinical unit or service track.
Support and implement the clinical program in conjunction with the medical director(s) and managers of other departments.
Provide supervision and training
Provide direct Patient Care
Collaboration with nursing partners
Promote a culture of outcome-based assessment and utilization of proven outcomes to drive care.
Complete psychological examinations when indicated (MOCA, Trauma evals, special consults, functional assessments). Perform other duties as assigned. Demonstrate understanding of regulatory agency compliance regulations. Additional Job Description: Education/Training Requirements:
