The Global Corporate Functions Employee Success team at Salesforce is looking for an accomplished Employee Success Program Manager with hands-on experience developing, implementing and managing complex programs and initiatives. This position is perfect for the results-oriented professional who is passionate about creating and developing efficiency across teams, who has the ability to communicate effectively, encourage sound decision-making, collaborate across teams and levels, and guide the teams they work with to successfully deliver on commitments. This individual will partner with the internal GCF team, as well as cross-functional stakeholders to manage complex initiatives through to successful completion.

Desired Characteristics:
The ES Program Manager role is best suited for a results-oriented, dedicated and highly-collaborative member of the team who is committed to driving the organization, by identifying and delivering on priorities across the business unit while always looking to continuously improve and refine the process.

Responsibilities
* Project manage ES programs and strategic initiative projects based on the needs of the Global Corporate Functions ES team, including the EA Community and special projects for the GCF V.P.
* Develop and facilitate learning circles, drive stakeholder alignment, coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
* Manage projects and programs effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables; communicate proactively with stakeholders if there are obstacles.
* Proactively look for opportunities to meet internal customer and stakeholder needs, improve learner experience, and innovate on current learning experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

5+ years of HR Program Managemen, HR Operations or HR Analytics experience

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $110,600 to $152,200. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $121,800 to $167,400. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $121,800 to $167,400. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
