Secret POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
The Senior Program Advisor provides expert advice in the formulation and direction of public diplomacy exchange programs, as well as work on an array of policy-related issues, events, and activities on behalf of the Department of State's (DoS) Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA). This position encompasses a wide variety of duties necessary to planning and implementing exchange programs in coordination with regional bureaus, other bureau offices, program agencies, posts, as well as the interagency. The Senior Program Advisor providessupport to top-level operatives and other parties as may be required. This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent.
