Join our winning team of Wave Makers and Go Getters and help us write the next chapter in the SCJ story. As the Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will be a member of the End User Productivity (EUP) team. EUP is a global team responsible for the management and delivery of client solutions that address current and future business needs while ensuring value realization in the shortest possible timeframe. You will be responsible for the delivery of services related to productivity and collaboration solutions focused on, but not limited to, the Office 365 platform. (This includes Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Stream, Office Applications and more. ) You will also take on service ownership of Copilot and other related Microsoft AI capabilities. You will interact with our Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to deliver solutions to our users that promote ease of use and productivity while ensuring adherence to security requirements. You will also interact with many departments within SCJ to understand requirements and to deliver business value. This position includes management of the related EUP projects, platforms and day to day level 3 support. This is an onsite role in Racine, WI KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
