POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq Career Ventures, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has a future opportunity for aProject Manager - Training Support Servicesfor the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) or "the Facility" . FLETC is host to approximately 88 participating agencies/bureaus and responsible for providing certain core instructional law enforcement programs as well as a variety of support services. FLETC has on-facility housing for approximately 1800 students and occasionally houses additional students off facility in local motel/hotels. The Facility and participating agencies have a staff of approximately 500. Alutiiq Career Ventures, LLC will be responsible for Project Management, Quality Control, Equipment and Uniform Issue, Recreational Support, Audio Visual, Educational Aide Support, and Role Players.

The Project Manager shall act as the primary point of contact for the government and stakeholders in all matters related to providing services under this contract including the day-to-day effective operation of Training Support services such as personnel supervision, training, purchasing, and cost controls.

Primary Location of Work:FLETC is located at the corner of 1300 West Richey Avenue at approximately the northwest corner of the City of Artesia, New Mexico. The city is located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 285 and 82.

This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. If the contract is awarded, another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal.



  • Oversee the performance of all task order work and provide services in support of the FLETC training operations.
  • Manage contract support operations involving personnel at diverse locations.
  • Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of all contract support activities.
  • Develop work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Conduct project meetings and manage the integration of all contract tasks and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and government regulations.


Payrate:$86,875 to $110,474 Annually

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of one yearexperience as an Alternate PM on similar size Federal Contracts.
  • Demonstrated experience and working knowledge typical of work under this contract (Quality Control, Operational Management of Federal contracts, Scheduling, Inventory, etc.).
