Description MaineHealth Corporate Summary Summary: Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. 2. License/Certifications: N/A 3. Experience: Prior management experience or experience in a highly collaborative role requiring strong interpersonal and leadership skills (2 to 3 years). More than five years' experience working in a progressive technical environment. Strong project management experience. Demonstrated experience with process/workflow analysis, design and implementation. 4. Demonstrated ability to structure organization for success (role definitions and org structure). 5. Strong facilitation and collaboration skills 6. Strong business knowledge / acumen 7. Outstanding organizational skills including knowledge of quality and project management tools and techniques. 8. Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate at all levels with clinical, technical and administrative staff, vendors, and engineers. 9. Analytical skills necessary to organize and oversee the work of systems analysts/technical resources to effectively evaluate the quality of work performed. 10.
